August 2025 Newsletter and Report
August 2025 was a month of deep devotion, vibrant festivity, and heartfelt seva. The sacred occasions of Shri Krishna Janmashtami and Radhashtami graced this month and were celebrated with divine grandeur.
To commemorate these Divine appearances, two special Sadhana Shivirs were organised – the Janmashtami Sadhana Shivir in Vrindavan (13–16 August 2025) to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna, and the Radhashtami Sadhana Shivir (13–16 August 2025) in Barsana to honour the birth of Shri Radha Rani.
The month also witnessed the joyous observance of Raksha Bandhan, Nand Utsav and Shri Krishna Chhati celebrated with deep faith and enthusiasm.
Alongside these spiritual celebrations, a Blood Donation Camp was organised on 14th August, reflecting the spirit of selfless service. On 22nd August, a special distribution programme for school children in Vrindavan spread joy and support among students from nearby schools.

9 Aug 25 – Raksha Bandhan – Jagadguru Kripalu Dham, Vrindavan
Raksha Bandhan was celebrated at Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat with great joy and devotion. Traditionally a festival that honours the bond between brothers and sisters, at JKP we observed it by deepening our eternal bond with our Divine Brother, Shri Krishna, and our revered Shri Gurudev.
On this special occasion, our beloved Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat Presidents, H. H. Sushri Dr. Shyama Tripathi Ji and H. H. Sushri Dr. Krishna Tripathi Ji, lovingly tied rakhis on all devotees, filling the atmosphere with warmth and grace. The celebrations concluded on a sweet note with everyone relishing delicious gulab jamuns.

13 Aug – 16 Aug 25 – Janmashtami Sadhana Shivir – Jagadguru Kripalu Dham, Vrindavan
The Janmashtami Sadhana Shivir 2025 commenced at Jagadguru Kripalu Dham, Vrindavan, bringing together devotees from across India and around the world. This sacred gathering is dedicated to honouring our beloved Shri Krishna as we prepare to celebrate Janmashtami.
Hundreds of devotees participated in the special Janmashtami Sadhana Shivir at Prem Mandir, Shri Vrindavan Dham, held under the auspices of the Presidents of Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat, H. H. Sushri Dr. Shyama Tripathi Ji and H. H. Sushri Dr. Krishna Tripathi Ji. The Shivir featured a variety of devotional programmes, including Mehndi, Bhakti Ganga Snan, Abhishek, and a special leela presented in Prem Bhawan.
Participants also had the blessed opportunity to visit Shyama Shyam Dham, Vrindavan – the very first ashram established by our Shri Gurudev, Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj. There, everyone joined in Aarti and blissful Sankirtan.
Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with grandeur on 16 August 2025, beginning early in the morning and continuing joyfully until 2 am. Hundreds of thousands of devotees gathered at Prem Mandir to witness and partake in the divine celebrations.
The highlights of the day included the sacred Abhishek, Aarti, and Bhog of Shri Krishna and our revered Shri Gurudev, Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, performed by the Presidents of Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat. The atmosphere was filled with devotion as devotees danced, sang, and rejoiced in honour of our Beloved Shri Krishna’s Divine Appearance Day.
Similar grand celebrations also took place at Bhakti Mandir, Shri Kripalu Dham, Mangarh, and Kirti Mandir, Barsana, further spreading the joy and devotion of Janmashtami across all JKP centres.

14 Aug 25 – Blood Donation Camp – Jagadguru Kripalu Dham, Vrindavan
As part of the Janmashtami Sadhana Shivir, a special Blood donation camp was held, where many devotees generously donated blood at Jagadguru Kripalu Chikitsalaya, Vrindavan. A total of 210 units of blood were donated.

15 Aug 25 – Independence Day Flag Hoisting Ceremony – Jagadguru Kripalu Chikitsalaya, Vrindavan
Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat marked India’s Independence Day with a special flag hoisting ceremony at Jagadguru Kripalu Chikitsalaya, Vrindavan.
Under the loving guidance of our respected Presidents, H. H. Sushri Dr. Shyama Tripathi Ji, and H. H. Sushri Dr. Krishna Tripathi Ji, the Indian flag was hoisted high, honoring the spirit of our great nation.

17 Aug 25 – Nand Utsav – Shri Vrindavan Dham
Nand Utsav, the joyous festival celebrated the day after Krishna Janmashtami, was observed with great devotion and festivity. It commemorates the bliss and jubilation of Braj as the villagers congratulated Nand Baba and Yashoda Maiya on the birth of Shri Krishna. The atmosphere resounded with the joyous chant of “Nand ke Anand Bhayo, Jai Kanhaiya Lal Ki!”
A special Aarti of Baby Krishna was performed, after which devotees were lovingly given the opportunity to swing Baby Krishna in His beautifully decorated cradle, immersing all hearts in divine joy.

21 Aug 25 – Shri Krishna Chhati Mahotsav – Jagadguru Kripalu Dham, Vrindavan
On the auspicious 6th day of the Divine Appearance of Shri Krishna, Shri Krishna Chhati Mahotsav was celebrated by all devotees of Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat with deep devotion and joy. The celebrations included a beautifully adorned Jhula (swing) of Shri Krishna, a special Aarti, and uplifting sankirtan that filled the atmosphere with divine bliss.
The occasion was graced and led by the Presidents of Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat, H. H. Sushri Dr. Shyama Tripathi Ji and H. H. Sushri Dr. Krishna Tripathi Ji, making the celebration even more spiritually enriching.

22 Aug 25 – Special Distribution to school children – Jagadguru Kripalu Dham, Vrindavan
A special distribution was organized today at Jagadguru Kripalu Dham, Prem Mandir, Vrindavan, benefiting 5,000 children. Each child received a hot case to keep food fresh and warm, a large bowl, a towel, bathing and washing soaps, along with some delightful snacks.
This important initiative was conducted under the guidance and leadership of the Presidents of Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat, H. H. Sushri Dr. Shyama Tripathi Ji, and H. H. Sushri Dr. Krishna Tripathi Ji.
The children were overjoyed to receive these thoughtful items, their smiles reflecting pure happiness and gratitude.

23.08.2025 Special distribution to 6000 children at Rangeeli Mahal, Barsana
A special distribution drive was held at Rangeeli Mahal, Barsana, bringing joy and support to 6,000 children from surrounding areas. Each child was gifted a hot case to keep meals fresh and warm, a large bowl, a towel, bathing and washing soaps, along with a variety of tasty snacks.
This meaningful initiative was carried out under the loving guidance and leadership of the Presidents of Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat, H. H. Sushri Dr. Shyama Tripathi Ji and H. H. Sushri Dr. Krishna Tripathi Ji, continuing JKP’s mission to uplift and care for those in need.
The children’s bright smiles and heartfelt gratitude reflected the deep impact of this thoughtful gesture.

27.08.2025 Shri Ganesh Chaturthi and 12th Day of the Divine Appearance of Shri Krishna – Rangeeli Mahal, Barsana
With immense joy and devotion, the sadhaks of Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat came together to celebrate the divine occasions of Shri Ganesh Chaturthi and the 12th Day of the Divine Appearance of Shri Krishna. A special Abhishek was lovingly performed for Shri Ganesh Ji, as heartfelt prayers were offered for the blessing of selfless bhakti and seva to our beloved Shri Radha Krishna and our revered Shri Gurudev.

28 – 31 Aug 25 – Radhashtami Sadhana Shivir and Blood Donation Camp – Kirti Mandir, Barsana
Radhashtami Sadhana Shivir was held in Barsana Dham under the auspices of the esteemed Presidents of JKP – H. H. Sushri Dr. Shyama Tripathi Ji, and H. H. Sushri Dr. Krishna Tripathi Ji. Hundreds of devotees from India and abroad gathered to honour the birth of Shri Radha Rani in her divine abode, Barsana.
The celebrations were marked by a series of special programmes, each adding to the devotional fervour. A particularly touching highlight was the rare opportunity for devotees to adorn the lotus feet of Shri Radha Rani with Mehndi, a moment that evoked deep emotion and reverence.
In keeping with the cherished tradition of Shri Maharaj Ji, our beloved JKP Presidents joined devotees in the sacred Bhakti Ganga Snan at Prakash Vatika. With hearts full of joy and devotion, they lovingly sprinkled jets of water on the gathering, enveloping all in an atmosphere of celebration and spiritual togetherness. The devotees, immersed in kirtans, sang and danced with fervor,
During the Shivir, Baldau’s (Balram) Chhath was also observed, joyfully marked with a cake-cutting ceremony, adding to the festive spirit of the occasion.
Shri Radha Rani’s birthday, Radhashtami, was grandly celebrated with great reverence in the early morning of 31 Sep, with Aarti, Abhishek, and the offering of Bhog to Shri Radha Rani. A joyful cake-cutting ceremony at Rangeeli Mahal marked her divine birth, followed by a grand abhishek with panchamrit, adding to the festivity.
Devotees danced in joy, expressing their profound love and devotion, creating a vibrant and uplifting ambiance. This heartfelt celebration truly captured the essence of Radhashtami.
The entire day was filled with bliss, devotion, and heartfelt celebrations, creating an atmosphere of pure divine joy.
A special blood donation camp was also organized at Jagadguru Kripalu Chikitsalaya, Barsana, under the guidance and leadership of the Presidents of Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat, H. H. Sushri Dr. Shyama Tripathi Ji, and H. H. Sushri Dr. Krishna Tripathi Ji. The Presidents also inaugurated the camp, inspiring sadhaks to donate blood generously to help those in need. Their presence and encouragement filled everyone with enthusiasm to serve others.
