A Heartfelt Tribute to Our Beloved “Badi Didi” JKP: Publication Department

Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat: Publication Department offers this heartfelt tribute to our beloved and revered Badi Didi, Sushri Dr Vishakha Tripathi Ji. 

Sushri Dr. Vishakha Tripathi, the eldest daughter of our Supreme Spiritual Master, ​Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, President of  Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat, was simply our ​beloved Badi Didi. 

She has always been a boundless source of inspiration, guiding us with the teachings and Divine love of our most revered and dearest Gurudev.

Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, whom we remember as the embodiment of one whose thoughts, resolves, and desires come true, eloquently described the qualities of Vishakha Sakhi, one of the eight principal consorts of Shri Radha Rani, in his unparalleled devotional scripture, Prem Ras Madira, under the chapter “Mahasakhi Madhuri.” Vishakha Sakhi is praised for being Radha’s constant companion and equally resplendent in beauty, earning the name Anuradha. Maharaj Ji describes her as:

​“Vishakha Sakhi! Sakhiyan Sardar,  

Damini duti sam gaur kalevar, damkat sushma saar.  

Pahire vasan manohar sohti, taaragan anuhar.  

Rang birange vasan pinhavati, sada Yugal Sarkar.  

Janu pratibimb sang Shyama ke, raat divas iksaar.  

Janat sabai ‘Kripalu’ reeti-ras, pyari so ati pyar.”  

It was no coincidence that Maharaj Ji lovingly named our Badi Didi “Vishakha,” for every word of this description perfectly aligns with her Divine personality. 

She extended the essence of “Pyari so ati pyar” (immense love for the Beloved) to all, embodying the Vedic mantra “Sarvam Khalvidam Brahm”—which translates to “Verily all this is Brahm.” She saw the entire world as an extension of Shree Radha’s Divine form and showered her love and care upon everyone. 

Badi Didi was the epitome of Grace, determination, and selfless devotion. Her radiant beauty, tinged with a gentle roseate glow, reflected her compassionate heart. Despite her tender demeanor, she possessed an unyielding resolve and indomitable willpower that inspired everyone around her. 

Her daily routine, beginning as early as 2 a.m. with Zoom meetings for the benefit of others, and stretching into late-night discussions with Pracharaks, officials, and devotees, bore testimony to her tireless service and unwavering commitment. Like Gudakesha, she seemed to transcend the need for rest, dedicating every moment of her life to Shree Maharaj Ji’s mission. 

True to the qualities of Vishakha Nakshatra, which is governed by the “Guru” planet, she exuded wisdom, patience, and mastery over her familial, spiritual, and social responsibilities. Her life was a perfect blend of Divine virtues and human excellence, serving as a beacon for all. 

Dearest Badi Didi, your departure to Golok Dham has left a profound void in our hearts. Yet, your teachings and your inspiring words remain our guiding light. We firmly believe ​that your journey to the Divine realm was preordained, transcending our limited understanding of time and Divine pastimes.

We also recognize the powerful grip of Maya, whose elements are ever-ready to divert us from the lotus feet of Shri Maharaj Ji. However, inspired by your divine life and teachings, we stand united in making a solemn vow at your holy feet. We shall dedicate our body, mind, and soul to fulfilling the dreams you nurtured for Shri Maharaj Ji’s mission. 

Whether it be completing Maharaj Ji’s Museum, supporting free education and healthcare initiatives, or tirelessly working for the welfare of the underprivileged, we shall remain steadfast in contributing to these noble endeavors. 

Above all, we pledge to carry forward the propagation of Maharaj Ji’s divine philosophy, “Kripalu Bhaktiyoga Tattva Darshan,” connecting countless souls to Hari and Guru, as per the rare and cherished responsibility entrusted to us.

With folded hands, we also resolve to work hand-in-hand with Manjhali Didi and Choti Didi, who stand as pillars of strength, ensuring that their every resolve is fulfilled with unwavering commitment. 

Badi Didi, your inspiring messages, filled with hope and determination, will continue to illuminate our path as we dedicate ourselves entirely to the service of the divinely ordained organization, Ashrams, and Temples established by Shree Maharaj Ji. 

Dearest Badi Didi, we bow at your revered feet with countless salutations and eternal gratitude. 

Your memory will forever remain etched in our hearts as we strive to honor your legacy.

हमारी प्रिय “बड़ी दीदी” को जगद्‌गुरु कृपालु परिषत्ः प्रकाशन विभाग की ओर से एक भावपूर्ण श्रद्धांजलि

जगद्गुरु कृपालु परिषत्ः प्रकाशन विभाग, भारी मन से, अपनी प्यारी और पूज्य बड़ी दीदी, सुश्री डॉ विशाखा त्रिपाठी जी को हार्दिक श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करते हैं।

सुश्री डॉ विशाखा त्रिपाठी जी, हमारे परम सद्‌गुरु, जगद्गुरूत्तम, जगद्गुरु श्री कृपालु जी महाराज की ज्येष्ठ पुत्री और जगद्‌गुरु कृपालु परिषत् की अध्यक्षा थीं, किन्तु हमारे लिए तो वे केवल हमारी प्यारी बड़ी दीदी थीं।

वे सभी के लिए हमेशा प्रेरणा का एक अपार स्रोत रही हैं। वे हमेशा पूज्य गुरुदेव की शिक्षाओं और दिव्य प्रेम के माध्यम से हमारा मार्गदर्शन करती रहीं हैं।

हमारे गुरुदेव, जगद्‌गुरु श्री कृपालु जी महाराज को आज हम भगवान् के ऐसे अवतार के रूप में स्मरण करते हैं जो भगवान् की ही भांति सत्यसंकल्प थे। वे अपने अपूर्व भक्ति ग्रंथ, प्रेम रस मदिरा में, अध्याय “महासखी मधुरी में श्री राधा रानी की आठ प्रमुख सखियों में से एक, विशाखा सखी के गुणों का वर्णन करते हैं। विशाखा सखी की विशेषता यह है कि वे श्री राधा रानी की निरंतर संगी होने के साथ ही उन्ही के समान रूपवान भी हैं, जिसके कारण उन्हें अनुराधा नाम भी मिला। श्री महाराज जी उनका वर्णन इस प्रकार करते

“विशाखा सखि, सखियन सरदार।

दामिनि-दुति सम गौर कलेवर, दमकत सुषमा सार।

पहिरे वसन मनोहर सोहति, तारागन अनुहार।

रंग बिरंगे वसन पिन्हावति, सदा पुगल सरकार।

जनु प्रतिविव संग श्यामा के, रात दिवस इकसार।

जानत सबै कृपालु रीति-रस, प्यारी सो अति प्यार ॥

यह कोई संयोग नहीं था कि श्री महाराज जी ने बड़े प्यार से हमारी बड़ी दीदी का नाम “विशाखा” रखा, क्योंकि इस पद का प्रत्येक शब्द उनके दिव्य व्यक्तित्व के साथ पूरी तरह से मेल खाता है।

उन्होंने सभी के लिए “प्यारी सो अति प्यार” (प्रिया प्रियतम के लिए अपार प्रेम) के सार को विस्तृत किया, और वैदिक मंत्र “सर्वं खल्विदं ब्रह्म” को साकार किया जिसका अनुवाद है “वास्तव में यह सब ब्रह्म है”। आपने सम्पूर्ण संसार को श्री राधा रानी के दिव्य रूप का विस्तार माना और सभी पर अपना प्रेम और संरक्षण बरसाया।

बड़ी दीदी कृपा, दृढ़ संकल्प और निस्वार्थ भक्ति की प्रतिमूर्ति थीं। उनका दमकता अलौकिक सौंदर्य, जिसमे हल्की कोमल गुलाबी चमक थी, जैसे उनके कृपालु हृदय का प्रत्यक्ष रूप था। इतना कोमल स्वभाव होते हुए भी, उनके पास एक अटूट संकल्प और प्रबल इच्छाशक्ति थी जिसने उनके आस-पास के सभी लोगों को प्रेरित किया।

उनकी दैनिक दिनचर्या, सुबह 2 बजे से प्रारम्भ हो जाती थी। उनका दिन दूसरों के लाभ के लिए जूम मीटिंग्स के साथ शुरू होता था, और देर रात तक प्रचारकों, अधिकारियों और भक्तों के साथ भविष्य की योजना बनाने में खिंच जाता था, जो उनकी अधक सेवा और अटूट प्रतिज्ञा का साक्षी था। गुड़ाकेश की तरह, वे आराम और चैन की नींद से परे थीं, अपने जीवन के हर पल को श्री महाराज जी के मिशन के लिए समर्पित कर रही थीं।

“गुरु” ग्रह द्वारा निग्रहित, विशाखा नक्षत्र के वास्तविक गुणों, ज्ञान, धैर्य और अपने पारिवारिक, आध्यात्मिक और सामाजिक जिम्मेदारियों पर महारत का बड़ी दीदी ने श्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन किया। उनका जीवन दिव्य गुणों और मानवीय उत्कृष्टता का एक आदर्श मिश्रण था, जो सभी के लिए एक प्रकाशस्तंभ के रूप में कार्य करता था।

प्रिय बड़ी दीदी, आपके गोलोक धाम गमन ने हमारे हृदयों में एक गहरा शून्य छोड़ दिया है। फिर भी, आपकी शिक्षाएं और आपके प्रेरक शब्द हमारे मार्ग के प्रकाशक बने रहेंगे। यह हमारा दृढ विश्वास है कि आपकी दिव्य लोक की यात्रा पूर्वनिर्धारित थी, किन्तु यह दिव्य तीता हमारी सिमित बुद्धि से परे है।

बलवती माया सदा हमें श्री महाराज जी के चरण कमल से विचलित करने के लिए तैयार रहती है। हालाँकि, आपके दिव्य जीवन और शिक्षाओं से प्रेरित होकर, हम प्रचारक, एकजुट हो कर आपके पावन चरणों में एक गूढ़ प्रतिज्ञा करते हैं: हम श्री महाराज जी के सपनों को पूरा करने के लिए अपना तन, मन और आत्मा, सब समर्पित करेंगे।

चाहे वह महाराज जी का संग्रहालय पूरा करना हो, निशुल्क शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य सेवा का समर्थन करना हो, या गरीबों एवं असहाय वर्ग के कल्याण के लिए अथक परिश्रम करना हो, हम इन नेक प्रयासों में योगदान देने के लिए सदा दृढ़ रहेंगे।

इन सबसे बढ़कर, हम श्री महाराज जी के दिव्य साहित्य “जगद्गुरु कृपालु भक्तियोग तत्वदर्शन” के प्रचार को आगे बढ़ाने का संकल्प लेते हैं एवं अनगिनत जीवों को हरि और गुरु के पास ले जाने की ज़िम्मेदारी भी निभाएंगे, जो सौभाग्य से श्री गुरुदेव द्वारा दी गई हमारी सेवा ही है।

हाँथ जोड़कर, समर्पित हो कर, हम प्रिय मझली दीदी और छोटी दीदी के साथ मिलकर काम करने का भी संकल्प लेते हैं, जो शक्ति एवं साहस के स्तंभ के रूप में खड़े हैं, यह सुनिश्चित करते हुए कि श्री महाराज जी के हर संकल्प को अटूट प्रतिबद्धता के साथ पूरा किया जाए।

बड़ी दीदी, आशा और दृढ़ संकल्प से भरे हुए आपके प्रेरक संदेश, हमारे मार्ग को प्रकाशित करते रहेंगे। आपको यह विश्वास दिलाते हैं कि हम श्री महाराज जी द्वारा स्थापित दिव्य ट्रस्ट, आश्रमों और मंदिरों की सेवा के लिए पूरी तरह से खुद को समर्पित करेंगे।

आदरणीय बड़ी दीदी, हम आपके पूज्य चरणों में अनगिनत अभिवादन और शाश्वत कृतज्ञता के साथ नतमस्तक हैं।

आपकी विरासत के गौरव को आगे बढ़ाने के प्रयास में आपकी स्मृति हमेशा हमारे हृदयों में अंकित रहेगी।
